The President of the Republic of Cameroon, following his speech broadcast in both official languages, continues with the brave compatriots, including Francis NGANNOU, Francis TCHOFFO and Eric Salvador TCHOUYO who have recently been crowned in their respective disciplines. So their young peers should be inspired by it. The Head of State tells young people that you must “become aware of your role, wherever you are, in projecting Cameroon’s brand image and its influence.”
To all of you, I wish a good and happy holiday, wishes from President Paul Biya.

⚽ AFCON 2021, A PRESTIGIOUS GIFT FROM THE HEAD OF STATE
The youth festival takes place in a context colored by the events of this major continental football meeting.
“The CAN TotalEnergies Cameroon 2021 will have been, without a doubt, a great moment of Communion for all, but also a great opportunity and a great showcase, which has enabled all of Africa and the whole world to appreciate the many assets of the Cameroon, and particularly the legendary hospitality, vitality and dynamism of its people.” declared President Paul Biya in his message to the youth.
“I am thinking in particular of patriotism, civic-mindedness, respect
public affairs and the general interest, to the cult of probity,
to the preservation of our habits and customs, to the sense of family and
respect for elders, to cite only these values, which must
constantly inspire and guide our youth.” President Paul Biya said on February 10, 2021.
This assertion is a constant reminder of the values that Green red 🔴 and yellow must provide to all Cameroonians.

AFCON mascot: 《Mola》
The appearance of 《Mola》 (in Douala dialect means Friend, brother) recalls the official mascot of CAN 2021 which took place in January and February in Cameroon.
Mola: the friend, the brother, by extension the neighbor with whom we share the same enthusiasm for the time of a match is at the Boulevard du 20 mai. It is a lion, in the colors of Cameroon. Green jersey, red shorts, yellow socks. A very cultural stylistic detail: the sleeves of her outfit in toghu, a fabric from the North-West region.
Mola is the symbol mascot “in a nation whose legitimacy, unity and indivisibility are unequivocal”
