Returning to the theme of the FJ, Minister MOUNOUNA FOUTSOU explains that it is a clear political orientation that encourages the active participation of young people in accelerating the growth of our economy, notably through entrepreneurship and innovation.
The aim here is to reduce our dependence on imports, by developing our own production and consumption capacity. This activity aims to contribute to the harmonious reintegration of young people awaiting release and/or released from prison into society.

Paschal KUM AWAH, National Coordinator of the Programme National d'Education Civique par le Réarmement Moral, Civique et Entrepreneurial (PRONEC-REAMORCE) explains that the Center was set up to achieve the MINJEC's missions of youth mentoring, civic education of Cameroonians and national integration. It was to carry out these missions that the Government set up Pronec- Reamorce.
