The fist person to take the floor this day is Fadimatou IYAWA president of the Cameroon national youth council

In her opening speech she thanks the government and the Prime minister head of government for always thinking of ways through which youths can feel involved in the development of the nation

1st question, asked by a student from ENAM;
👉🏽What are the challenges of the new state personnel management application (AIGLE) for Cameroonian youth?

2nd question, addressed to the minister of Decentralization and Local Development ;
Which states, will the youth unemployment rate be reduced thanks to the local public service?

And the 3rd question, asked to the representative of the Ministry of finance ;
👉🏽What are the issues, challenges and prospects for the financial inclusion of Cameroonian youth?

The main advantages of the platform AIGLES is the permanent monitoring of the effective presence of all public agents at their workplace through biometric terminals, digital archiving, improved traceability. An also, it facilitates the manipulation of some final issues in the public service, such as the fact that it facilitates the calculation in the payments of civil servants in the country
To reply the 1st question, the Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform
Joseph Le explained the advantages that the new application "Aigle " has over other applications introduced before.

The Minister delegate at the Ministry of finance Yaouba Abdoulaye,answering to the 3rd question explains that one of the key challenges for women and youth in Cameroon is limited access to finance, or 'financial inclusion. In some instances, cultural norms can restrict access to financial services, as it might be seen as a man's role to write off debts.

Next question was for the representative of the Ministry of Defense:

The final question for this session
👉🏽What are the legal provisions and other regulatory measures to reduce the widespread use of drugs as well as the development of the “microbe” phenomenon in Cameroon? Asked to the representative of National Security
In his reply, he explains that's it's the major focus of the Cameroonian national security to eradicate the consumption of drugs in school in particular which has become so common in our society laterly

To crown the exchange session, the Permanent secretary at National Youth observatory Armand Pierre Dominique MVEME ATANGANA concluded by doing a total recap on all that was said by the different Ministers, Minister delegate and representatives. And as usual has taken note so as to relay them to the Minister of youth affairs and civic education. And he concluded asking youths to make sure to remember all that was said here today.
